But seriously, do you want to let go of the little dignity sou still had left? I find it hard to believe that Portugal's best player was heavly injured only a few minutes in. I think the french team injured him on purpose, and they kept that attitude/strategy throughout the game. If you still believe Portugal didn't deserve the cup because it didn't play fair (actually, it DID play fair, but whatever), then wouldn't French deserve it even less? Your petition only proves an extraordinary lack of... uh... how do you say "desportivismo" in English? Doesn't matter, look it up on Google Translator. Portugal deserves the cup just like any winning country would have... except maybe French, as their attitude during and specially after the game (like creating the very petition that we're countering with this one) clearly shows. We won fairly and played MUCH more fairly than you, and if you're so blinded by arrogance that you can't even accept that, then I feel sorry for your poor soul. Maybe this makes it easier for you: If Portugal didn't deserve the cup because of lack of fairplay, then French wouldn't have deserved it for sure. So it's better that Portugal won.
