WE SAY:
NO to the saturation of the landscapes in Yonne, between Auxerre and Vezelay;
NO to the aeolian plan near the village of Bazarnes, in the south of Auxerre, at the junction of the valleys of the river Yonne and the river Cure;
That is a plan for an aeolian field of eight wind-turbines in a territory where the wind is not important, in the hollow of a valley! Moreover, in a tourist country: as a reminder, we can mention the prehistoric caves of Arcy-sur-Cure, the medieval city of Cravant, the vineyards of Irancy, the Saussois Rocks, the roman road of Agrippa, the ancient road between Auxerre and Vezelay, the way to Compostella, the “GR 13” between Auxerre and Vezelay, Vezelay with its church and hill, Unesco World Heritage Site of the 12th century, the “Canal du Nivernais” lined with numerous listed monuments and well-known for its pleasure trips;
NO to the visual pollution, night and day;
NO to all sorts of noises, even those inaudible but noxious to our health;
NO to a new plan of wind-turbines which would weigh heavily on us;
NO to the pillage of our patrimonial riches: territories, landscapes and monuments;
